Food play – experience

June 19 @ 6:30 pm 9:00 pm

Food Play with Soya & Salome

Food engages our senses and body in very intimate and nurturing ways. What if we take it further into a kink play?
Join Soya and Salome for an evening of slow, sensual pleasure with food. Expect things to get messy (don’t worry—the studio is ready for it)!

You will be guided to explore all senses through food: taste, sound, texture, intensity, and beyond.
The final 30 minutes will be a collective experience, where we co-create a human sculpture using food.

Bring any food you’d like to play with—fruits, vegetables, your favorite dish… maybe even a cake?
Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies.
Please do not bring: nuts or any food with strong odors.

We also invite you to bring food surplus, which we’ll donate to a DTES food bank—along with a portion of the event’s income. We recognize the date of this event as the US holiday marking the end of slavery. The systemic oppression of black, brown, indigenous, and other people colour is still present throughout all aspects of society which is why our donations focus on organizations that fight against these structures of oppression. If you have suggestions for organizations that could benefit from our donations, please drop us a line at [email protected].
